<h1>Loss Diet?</h1>
<p>I think it&#8217;s pretty safe to assume that no one wants to lose weight slowly. No, they want to lose it quick. But, in order to truly understand quick weight loss, you&#8217;d really first need to understand that there are two different kinds.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s the impossible kind, and then there&#8217;s the unsafe kind.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s start with the impossible.</p>
<h2>Impossible quick weight loss diet.</h2>
<p>Wait. Hold on. What?!?</p>
<p>Are you serious? You really thought this article was going to be about the amazingly safe and very-much-possible ways that you can actually lose weight quickly? HA! I don&#8217;t mean to laugh, but&#8230; Sorry. It doesn&#8217;t mean you are stupid for thinking that quick weight loss diet is actually possible and/or safe. It just means you watch TV, read magazines, and are a normal human being living on the planet earth.</p>
<p>You see, it is the jobs of so many people to put the idea of quick weight loss diets into your head. They spend millions of dollars trying to do just that. They want you to want it, hope for it, and believe in it. Oh, and they also want you to buy whatever weight loss or diet pill, product, or supplement they are trying to sell you in order to make these supposed rapid results happen.</p>
<h3>This is the type of quick diet weight loss that I have nicknamed the &#8220;impossible&#8221; type.</h3>
<p>It&#8217;s the type that only exists in some sort of diet product fantasy world where lies really do come true. In the real world however, they are just plain old lies.</p>
<p>You can&#8217;t really blame these people though. Ok, you can. But I mean, how many diet pills do you think they&#8217;d sell if they claimed they would make you lose weight slowly? Or if the big tagline of some fitness product was &#8220;Buy this fitness product so you can lose weight at the normal recommended speed!!&#8221; They probably wouldn&#8217;t make too much money like that, and, if you didn&#8217;t already know, weight loss is all about making money.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s typically why the only real time you see, hear, or think the phrase &#8220;quick weight loss&#8221; is when something is being sold to you. For example, how many amazing before and after pictures have you seen? And, after seeing them, how many times have you wished that you could get those same results just as quick and easy as they say they did?</p>
<h3>Well, here&#8217;s a quick tip.</h3>
<p>As soon as before and after pictures are presented to you in an attempt to prove some type of diet or weight loss product actually works, you should run far, far away. Stop watching, stop reading, stop listening. It&#8217;s all lies. Every person, every word.</p>
<p>And then there&#8217;s the unsafe kind. The unsafe kind involves doing all sorts of crazy, unsafe, unhealthy and all around dangerous things for the sole purpose of losing more weight than you should in a very short period of time. Typically this type of quick weight loss is mentioned as a result of diets that involve eating mostly one specific &#8220;special&#8221; food.</p>
<p>As you should already know, your body needs a lot of things. For example, protein, carbs, fat and vitamins. Eating one &#8220;special&#8221; food will not allow you to get the nutrients your body needs daily to function properly. Not to mention, all you really end up losing on these types of crash diets is water, not fat. When your diet returns to normal, so will your weight</p>
<h3>Don&#8217;t do a crash diet for more than 3 to 7 days.</h3>
<p>Most of these diets are not meant to be kept for extended periods of time. They aren&#8217;t balanced and not meant to be your permanent way of eating. Now the Atkins diet says you can keep it for extended periods of time, I don&#8217;t think it a good idea, but the diet changes once you get passed the first two weeks, so if you want to do that extended version of the diet, look it up and get more details on it.</p>
<p>The week that your going to keep the fad diet, don&#8217;t overexert yourself. While feeling fine during the diet, you shouldn&#8217;t try to exert yourself too much, it would make it difficult to keep it and may be too stressful on your system.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t go out to dinner with friends and other social activities. Nothing is worst then eating something tiny when your friends are eating their heads off. So, while it can be done, it&#8217;s easier to just avoid those types of situations.</p>
<p>If you tried every possible way to lose weight without much success, don&#8217;t feel bad, you&#8217;re not alone. Contrary to popular belief, weight loss does not happen overnight and there&#8217;s no magic formula or pill that will make you lose weight. Learn how to lose weight through a sensible diet plan</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re seriously thinking about trying to lose weight, give it a shot. This is one of the easiest non-fad and non-gimmick plans you&#8217;ll run across, mostly because the &#8220;plan&#8221; is very simple and tangible. It&#8217;s not quite &#8220;the simplest thing that could possibly work&#8221; but it sure comes close.</p>
<h3>How many pounds do you want to lose?</h3>
<p>The advice I&#8217;ll give isn&#8217;t likely to be all that different that what you might read elsewhere, but the combination is what worked well for me. Hopefully it&#8217;ll motivate a few more people to do the same. I learned a lot about my habits and behavior in the process and suspect that much of it applies to most people who are struggling with extra pounds.</p>

<p><font face="Verdana"><font size="2">You won&#8217;t lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan  				either.   In fact, eating low calories is the worst  				thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body&#8217;s fat burning  				engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets  				may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days,  				but then after that<strong> all weight loss comes to a halt</strong> &#8212;  				known as a dieting plateau).   You can never get slim by starving yourself.</font></font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana"><strong><font color="#0000ff">Low Carb Plans DON&#8217;T WORK.</font></strong></font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana"><font size="2">You&#8217;ll probably find it extremely difficult  				to get slim using a Low Carb  				Dieting Plan.  Low carb diets have recently become popular  				over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus <strong> 				</strong>is that<strong> they are too strict </strong>and <strong>TOO HARD TO  				FOLLOW </strong>for <strong>average people</strong>.   Low carb menus tend to rob your body of  				too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to  				remain on the program for very long.  This is why so many  				dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate  				menu.</font></font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana"><font color="#0000ff"><strong>What about Weight Watchers and  				Jenny Craig Dieting Plans?</strong></font></font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana"><font size="2">Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and  				Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer  				period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3  				pounds of weight loss per week.  Also, programs such as  				Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary  				supplements during the initial phases of the program.
